How does your pricing work?
You will be provided with an estimate before we begin work, If you would like a rough estimate, exclusive of any required parts you can send us an image and description of your watch.

Can I ship my watch to you?

Yes, please email us for information. We can supply you with a shipping label and instructions to comply with shipping insurance requirements.
Will my watch be insured?
All watches we take in are insured while in our possession.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, unless specifically noted we cover all of our work for two years from the original service date.

Our warranty does not cover any issues caused by user error, accidental or negligent impact damage or work done by a third party.
