With one of the most well equipped workshops in Canada we are pleased to now offer our expertise to the public. Our watchmakers have extensive experience working for the highest regarded brands in the industry and providing watchmaking services to jewelers and retailers.

Our Certifications and Focus
Our watchmakers hold previous certifications from Patek Philippe and other industry leaders. They have attended formal watchmaking education from SAWTA or WOSTEP equivalent schools. We're capable of jobs as straightforward as servicing a modern automatic movement, to manufacturing rare or unavailable replacement parts, our capabilities go far beyond the standard watchmaker's workshop.
A full service entails:
- Intake testing of timekeeping and water resistance
- Complete disassembly of the watch
- Diagnosis of broken or worn parts
- Ordering and sourcing of replacement parts
- Reassembly, adjustment, lubrication and regulation
- Case polishing, if requested
- Final encasing, quality control
- Water resistance testing (if applicable)
- Testing of timekeeping and power reserve
We adhere to the manufacturer's recommended procedures whenever possible
Sometimes, due to the age or other factors parts are no longer available. Our workshop and highly educated watchmakers are able to manufacture many parts or source them through our network of watchmakers around the world.
Our favourite jobs are bringing family heirlooms back to life, we can often take on jobs that other workshops can't.
We pride ourselves on our case refinishing services, and our goal is to preserve your watches original geometry while removing scratches and damage from daily wear.
Case polishing is only done when specifically requested.
We can test the water resistance of your watch while you wait. Our workshop uses modern industry standard equipment for both dry and wet testing.
We recommend if you wear your watch around the water to have it tested annually.
